This document contains the General Terms and Conditions governing the contract which will bind you to DADAMORA. When placing an Order, you undertake that any and all information given is accurate and complete. By placing an Order on this website you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right at any time, for any reason, and with immediate effect to change the information, prices, specifications, descriptions of products, delivery services on this website, the right to review and modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and you will be bound by the terms in force at the time when you place the order.
It is in DADAMORA’s interest to ensure your satisfaction with the service rendered, for which reason we will make every effort to follow up the obligations and commitments taken on with you.
In addition to these conditions, the legal relationships are regulated by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Placing an order
Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid via an online bank transfer or using another payment method.
If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.
Payment & Price
All prices are in euros. Prices displayed are tax-inclusive and exclusive additional costs. Please note that customs, duties and additional taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Payments can be made:
- by direct transfer through bank links (operated by Maksekeskus AS)
- via Paypal with Visa and MasterCard
- with invoice (after placing an order you will resive the invoice)

Shipping / Delivery
We deliver worldwide with Omniva Ltd or Itella SmartPOST Ltd.
All shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the purchaser within 3-5 business days of the date of entry into force of the contract of sale. All shipments outside of Estonia are guaranteed to arrive within 7-18 calendar days.
These times could be longer if there are delays during times such as Christmas or bad weather. DADAMORA will not be liable for any non-compliance or delay on the grounds of force majeure. Please bear this in mind if purchasing an item as a gift. If your order is very urgent please e-mail us.
If you are purchasing a gift for someone and would like your item gift wrapped, please let us know and we’ll be happy to do so. Also, if you’d like your item shipped directly to the recipient we can do this and pop a handwritten card in with it. Just let us know!
If you are based around Tallinn, you are welcome to arrange pick up from our shop in Tallinn at Telliskici Creative City (Telliskivi 60a/1). Or we can arrange delivery at your address. Just e-mail us!
Shipping costs are calculated depending on the orders destination geographic region.

Estonia with Omniva: € 3.00
Estonia with Itella Smartpost: Free
Finland with Itella Smarpost: Free
Region 1: € 10.00 (free from 200€)
Northern America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
Region 2: € 15.00 (free from 200€)
Africa, Asia, Latina America and the Caribbean, South America, Central America, Melanesia, Micronesia, Polynesia.
Return policy / Refunds and Exchanges
After receiving the order, the purchaser has the right to return or exchange the products within 14 days.
Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store shall return to the purchaser, immediately but no later than after 14 days, all of the payments received from the purchaser based on the contract.
To return the goods, you must submit a declaration of withdrawal to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the goods.
You may only return products which are in the same condition as they were when you received these. DADAMORA will not make any refund nor accept the return of any products if the item has been used, is not labeled or has undergone some damage, for which reason we request you to be careful with the product until you process its return.
We try to send all our products as near to perfection as possible. Please remember that all items are handmade, so there may be some quirks every now and then. However, we want to make sure that you really love your item. If you are not happy, please let us know and we will endeavour to work something out.
Dadamora has the right to withdraw from the sale if the marked price of the goods in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to an error.
